One of the community issues deemed of vital importance, particularly at this time where technological advancements are continuously emerging, is the problem where streets designated as walking lanes and safe spaces for people have become a space where vehicles are positioned. On the surface, this situation might appear to be minor, but in reality, it is not. Ever since the invention of the automobile, parking issues have always been a concern. Unfortunately, this predicament became considerably worse when urbanization and population growth accelerated. In the Philippines, for instance, many car owners do not have their own parking spaces where they can park their automobile vehicles; thus, implying that finding their own space to park their cars is their utmost problem. However, this personal problem has become a community dilemma as members of the community and their spaces on the streets are taken up primarily by cars. With this background, an organization that promotes safety practices in parking spaces was established.
